The Act is a seasonal anthology series that tells startling, stranger-than-fiction true crime stories. The first season follows Gypsy Blanchard, a girl trying to escape the toxic relationship she has with her overprotective mother. Starts March 20, 2019.

@West-Tex : I started watching it yesterday.. only about 20 minutes in and had to leave (I mean to go somewhere 😂)...kind of goofy so far (esp. the actress playing Gypsie), but I'll give it a minute.

It's a fascinating story in real life. I feel like the HULU series is gonna wreck it. 🤷‍♀️
