@Cbear: those books are done. 25 years in an unmantained buiding, with no ac running, prolly leaky. They are full of mold and mildew, and while there is a company that can restore them, the process is very expensive. Unless they are rare, that won't happen.
On another note, this pic and ones like it give me angst.

I have a strange fascination with abandon buildings, homes and things that are old. This is interesting, but indeed sad.
