Ding dong ditch is one thing but when damage is intentionally caused to your property that's very different.

@MrsHB : It is outrageous to me that people defend these kids' actions when they do this. They defend vandalism and trespassing! Not saying that what the man did was okay. But, c'mon parents, train your kids and supervise them!! Kids have no business doing this. With regard to previous discussions about kids and ATV, I cringed the other day when I saw 2 kids riding an ATV along a busy highway a few days ago. Very dangerous. It is the same kids who people in the hood have complained about riding motorized motor scooters recklessly through the hood. What is wrong with people?!!!
