@MrsHB I think it is easy to follow... any big change is going to be difficult at first... It did not take me long to understand what I could and could not eat.. I bring my lunch and snacks to work everyday and normally eat meals cooked at home each night.
I can go out and eat, Itialiano's, Mexican food and places like TX roadhouse and saltgrass are easy..
Fast food? That one is much harder, salad is about your only choice there...
