hahaha... my fb has been going crazy... if you look you should be able to see my post from a week ago.. it has more pictures in it than what I posted here..

My wife and I have also been trying to post more recipes...

I am trying to get a friend to post his story to FB.. he has lost 50lbs and his wife has lost 35 so far..

The likes and comments on FB just give me more fuel to keep going..

A few people have told me that they are ready to give it a try after reading my story and posts.. If my posts can motivate people to try this diet and lose some weight, I will keep sharing my story... This week was a good week too, lost 3.8lbs

Hope your friend and his wife share their stories. Weight loss is never one man's journey. It takes support from family and friends. The more we can all support and inspire each other, the less difficult the struggle. Just starting on my journey and I will take all the advice, encouragement and recipes so can get.
