1 year after starting my diet...

I have been on the "Wild Diet" for 1 year now...
I have lost 100 lbs since I started. Gone from a 4xl to a xl shirt and gone from 42 to 34 inch waist in my jeans..

I feel great and for once I am happy with how I look.

I hope this may help to motivate some of you who are just starting a diet this year,,,

Did you follow a plan or program? How did you get started? Did you incorporate exercise into your routine?

Help a sister out!

Search "The Wild Diet" by Abel James. I bought the book on Amazon I think the paperback version is less than $15.

The book has recipes in it and it does a good job explaining what you can and can't eat...

I follow the diet about 90% and I have not exercised yet.. (although my wife is pushing for me to go to the gym).. I am sure the gym would help....

The diet has you eating fresh food, nothing processed, no sugar, no grain, no starch.

I do the best that I can, that I why I mentioned that I follow it about 90%...

This is the only diet that I have been able to follow that works for me... and now it has gone from a diet to a lifestyle change..
