I'm guessing it was probably the driver who was killed. The other 3 people probably ducked down. So sad!!

@TexanFan1 : The 18-wheeler was carrying an oversized load of large steel beams. The beams extended several feet past the flatbed of the trailer. SkyEye spotted an oversized load sign on the trailer with red flags on the ends of the beams.According to Lt. Simon Cheng, the driver of the 18-wheeler didn't make his turn and backed up to try again. As the big rig was reversing, the driver of the SUV slammed into the back of it.The crash sheered the roof off the SUV. A 38-year-old man sitting in the backseat on the passenger side was pronounced dead at the scene, Cheng said.Two other adults and a 13-year-old girl who was sitting in the front passenger seat were transported to the hospital in fair condition and are expected to survive. Cheng said the driver was undergoing surgery.😔

@West-Tex: oh wow!! That must have been terrifying to live through & witness what they did. Pray for the first responders too. They are so affected by what they see everyday.

....this is a nightmare came true.
So terribly sad.
My heart hurts for these families. May God Hold them dear.

@West-Tex : Omg how sad. When I was in high school one of my friends, her mom was coming home and she was behind a log truck, and the logs fell off, hit her windshield and killed her. It was the saddest thing that ever happened in our high school. I tried to never be behind an 18 wheeler carrying a load of anything.

Never and I mean never drive near a Big truck. You never know what may happen . I see people ride along side them . And wonder if the know the danger?

OMG .... This hurts my heart so much. I can't imagine what this family is going through.

I got stuck beside an 18-wheeler because the driver in front of me decided to go slower than the speed limit (in the left lane).
The cars behind me prevented my ability to change lanes or slow down. I started praying the tires on that big truck were safe!
