Tried something tonight for dinner. Butterfly pork chop stuffed with a mix of apple, Black berry, French fried onion rings, feta crumbled cheese and Italian bread crumbs. Last thing coated all with a combination of Jalapeno jelly and Pick a pepper spicy Mango sauce as a glaze. I used my gas grill and cherry wood chips for smoke. Only mistake was not brining the pork before. Served it with corn and French cut green beans. But it was good enough for Catmae to let me back on the couch…:O)
