@RollingStone If the person is dressed like a woman & the bathroom stall door will be closed how will you know ?I've never seen anyone go in there & not close the door .

@RollingStone I know what you mean but unfortunately you would be charged with assault if you did that in Houston now with their ordinance.

Any decent Attorney could get you out of that one. A woman or young girl in the bathroom finds out a man is in there and maces him.....it's a given. Who is going to be judge and jury deciding if the man is a pervert or a freak? Either way he is deserves to be maced. If I am on that jury mace-woman is going home to her family. BBK, if the person in the stall next to you is standing and urinating I can assure you it has male anatomy.

@RollingStone Why would he/ she stand? Wouldn't he most likely sit not to cause some problems for his/ herself ? I mean they are able to pee sitting down .

@bbk Years ago I was at Red Lobster in Humble and got up to use the restroom. As I was in my stall, I heard the bathroom door open and someone go into the stall next to me. Didn't think anything about it until they started peeing immediately. Thinking that was strange, I looked under my stall a little and say men's shoes FACING BACKWARDS. Freaked me out so bad, I quickly finished and just wanted to get the heck out of there. When I opened my stall door, I looked in the mirror and saw this big, tall man standing there (finishing his business). He hadn't even bothered to shut his stall door. As I ran past the front desk, I told the girls, but wanted to hurry so he wouldn't see me. Very, very unsettling to say the least.

@blueyes Bruce had some of his children from I think it was his first 2 marriages on the show last night & they were as normal & nice & polite as they could be & love their father very much . He has had 3 wives & each had 2 children for him . So he has 6 of his own & 4 stepchildren I believe he was married to this last wife over 20 yrs & really does love his 4 stepchildren .

@Catmae He may have just got the wrong bathroom are had to pee so bad & couldn't cause the men's was full so he ran into the woman's . Traveling we went into a gas station to pee. I waited & waited on someone in the ladies . I reached a point that I told my husband I have to go into the men's I can't wait another second . THERE WAS NO LOCK ON THE MEN'S so my husband guarded the door . So you really don't know what his situation was .

@bbk True. I'll never know. When he got back to his table, he and his group of friends were looking at me and my family laughing their butts off. I, on the other hand, thought it was anything but funny. Totally ruined my meal, even if it was by accident.

@Catmae On my first date with my husband he was so nervous that he actually went into the woman's restroom and didn't realize until he was in the stall and saw the "girl" trash can. Just saying said man could have been a nervous wreck lol

@bbk I will admit I have not taken a strong issue but this was sent to one of my followers in twitter Section 17-51 (b) (b) It shall be unlawful for any place of public accommodation or any employee or agent thereof to deny any person entry to any restroom, shower room, or similar facility if that facility is consistent with and appropriate to that person’s expression of gender identity. It shall be a defense to prosecution for discrimination on the basis of gender identity under this article, however, if the defendant had a good faith belief that the gender or gender identity of the person discriminated against was not consistent with the gender designation of the facility.
