We used Kingwood Pressure Washers company. To be honest I was not impressed with their job. They said on the phone my presence is not needed buy boy was I glad I was home. I thought that cleaning the gutters would actually mean cleaning. With some water, buckets and brushes. The guy came, got on his tall ladder and blew all the stuff with a leaf blower. He said he was gonna be here for an hour or hour and a half but he knocked on my door in 40 min wanting me to sign off and pay. I went to check and saw that there were still old leaves and trash on the edge of the awning. I showed him that and he said "I blew it off but they're stuck there. Do you want me to get up there and clean with my hands?" I said nicely "Well yeah, since you have the ladder" but I'm thinking "Isn't it the service that you're charging me for?" OK... he did that, I signed off and gave him a check. I was leaving and didn't have time to check it closer. When I came back home I walked around the house and saw the debris all over the lawn, front flowerbeds (we just put the fresh mulch a week before) and back patio. I called the guy who called me to schedule (I think the owner) and told him that. He came personally to look at it, apologized and said that he'll send the guy back to clean up. The guy came back, raked the yard, cleaned the flowerbeds the best that he could and left. There were still some leaves left that I had to rake and pick out from the flowers... Anyways... Yes, they fixed it after I told them... but I feel like if it's your job, if that's what you do for living, I should not have to stand there and tell you what to do... When a lawn guy comes and mows the yard I don't have to tell him to blow the concrete parts or pick up the clippings....
