Lee Gilley case: this is the Houston guy accused of killing his pregnant wife and jumping a million dollar bail by escaping to Italy. I'm really ticked off at the courts in Italy telling us what we can't do to this creep. In order to get him extradited back here we can't impose the death penalty or give him life without parole. I could understand if he was an Italian citizen living in US, but he's an American citizen. Why do they have any say on what our laws are? They also said we cannot charge him with the death of the fetus. They don't give a fetus any rights or standing in their courts. I sure hope we can bring him to justice here, soon.
