Atascocita Driver Arrested After Allegedly Fleeing Traffic Sto
Atascocita Driver Arrested After Allegedly Fleeing Traffic Stop on West Lake Houston Parkway A traffic stop in the 19000 block of West Lake Houston Parkway led to an arrest, according to Constable Mark Herman's Office. Precinct 4 officials said Deputy Finan-Hernandez and Sergeant Cockrell attempted to stop a vehicle when the driver allegedly fled. Deputies later took the driver into custody on a charge of Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle, according to Precinct 4. An arrest and charge are allegations, and the case will proceed through the legal process.
