I know every water customer the bill will go up five dollars each month to help their new budget. They won't cut their spending. They'll just raise fees and taxes everywhere.

channel 2 keeps running promos for this "breaking news" several times a day. 600 bad meters out of 500,000 come to 0.12 percent. In other words, if you had 500 dollars and lost six pennies, it would be worth all the muckraking. Granted, it is a problem for the people that got the bad meters that needs to be solved, but pretty sure there are more serious shenanigans going on at city hall and in various departments that the "investigative reporters" could and should be "investigating".
just like their promos about the 200 bodies in the miles and miles of bayous over the past ten years. anything to get people to their web site and streaming service.
