Harris County faces $410 million funding shortfall on post-Harve

Wasted on pet projects.

How is it the city government can ask the constituents to vote on and pass a bill for funding flood mitigation only to later change the terms allowing them to be able to use those funds elsewhere……Disappointed in the state for not investigating further.

Vote NO on all bond referendums placed on the ballot. The money is mishandled every time.

1ontheroadagain :Sad part is that "renters" will almost ALWAYS vote "YES" for these things....Because they don't have a "long-term" stake in paying for it all....Many will vote "yes" and be gone in less than a year or two...."Homeowners" will be stuck with the taxes for the duration of their mortgage terms....
