This is one reason I switched to crossbody purses. I don't even put my purse in a grocery cart anymore.

I don't carry a purse since someone decided they need it more than I do. I carry my keys and phone. Inside my phone case is my DL and 2 credit cards.

I don't carry a purse most of the time. If I'll be shopping for a while, I'll do a crossbody so I can take a water bottle.

Head on a swivel anytime you're in a parking lot. Be aware. And don't you dare be looking at your phone while walking in the parking lot. If I was a bad guy I could have created havoc so many times with people paying more attention to their phones.....AND walking around with Beats on. Idiotic.

Theft, Robbery, and Aggravated assault, mostly nothing happens even if caught. Harris county is a hit zone and preferred location for criminals for these types of crimes.

@Sammee : The gas stations should have cameras.@Genx65 : For real. They are just out there paying attention to nothing. I had a girl cut me off yesterday in front of the 1960 Houston Garden Center. She had a tree on top of her car, and was in a bright red Hyundai Accent or something just like it. Pulled right in front of me so I had to slam on my brakes and continued down 1960 till she got to Woodland Hills and went towards Atascocita. When I finally could get around her I looked and she was staring at her phone and not even looking at the road and continued on at about 20 MPH with traffic whizzing by at 70. Then seconds later she finally looked up she was turning around and messing with her little one in a car seat. This one wasn't just dumb once, she was stuck on stupid.

I have a stack of good purses but if I was to carry one, it wouldn't have money or cards in it. I'd love for them to reach in and get some really nice poinop all over their sticky hands!
My favorite Mexican restaurant is in that shopping center.
