I'm actually going to make that chili today. I made eggs and blueberry biscuits this morning. My husband took a vacation day so he's home and I'm on vacation all week.

We had soy/honey/ginger salmon filets, lemon rosemary risotto, and an Asian chopped salad. Just finished another round of it for lunch.
