@cheryltom : Oh wow, 16 that is awesome! Maybe one day I can get up to 16. It is hard doing 13 to 14 now with work. I can do longer on the weekend when I sleep in more and don't have to be up at 5:30.

I'm so very grateful we aren't having to make choices for our children today .And I think about the young folks finishing up their college education & now ready for their first real job . Meaning not having to work at Burger King the mall or baby sit or mow grass . Who is going to be hiring ? Now that they are finishing College how many want to get married & start a family ? Young adults have a mess they will be faced with .

@bbk : I don't think I have gained weight but I certainly have exhausted my supply of chocolate covered ice cream bars and NEED to go buy some today and some donuts! I had a sore throat yesterday and needed the ice cream for medicine.

@bbk : I'm with you sister. And I have zero excuse. I can walk every day if I want to. I was working out in living room for a while then school started. By the time I get back from taking the Grandchildren that live nearby to school, I just want to puts around the yard or make a new recipe! Zero self discipline!

@ladybeachbum : I hope you feel better. My throat started scratching this week. Now I have a cough and sniffles. October tends to do this to me annually.

@TheCatsMeow : I get it . I had no problem eating healthy & going to the gym till I was about 50 yrs old . Then my personal time with kids became limited . So If I didn't want to walk I'd put on my skates & skate all over the place till I took a bad fall one day .

I am down ten! I thought I was about the same, but I checked and ten are gone.....
