Shut the service department down at 3 but the sales staff still going. I guess they'll sell you a car at 100mph and provide service at 25mph. What a bunch of winners these muppets are?

All "CAR DEALERSHIPS" are basically the same....They are there to take as much money from you as they possibly can PERIOD!...It's almost a "game" for them...Doesn't matter if it's "sales" or "service" they will screw you right AND left....Never buy a "NEW" car...And NEVER have a car serviced at a "Dealership" except as a "warranty" or "recall" issue...

Don't do recall repair till warranty items break.. Don't expect a fast turn around on Saturday. Robbins sucks in general anyway

@EddyFree : I very recently had an issue with the ABS and ESC lights coming on and staying on. I took my vehicle to Community Kia in Baytown. I dropped it off in the late afternoon and was able to retrieve it the next day. They repaired the issue (new right rear hub and sensor) and it was still under warranty. It was nice. I paid nothing. When I have an issue with my vehicle, I usually end up at Community Kia. (I refuse to go back to the Kia Dealership in Kingwood. About a year or so ago, they attempted to tell me that I needed a brake job, when I did not need one at that particular time and tried to use fear tactics which ticked me off. Of course, they did not get to replace my brakes as I knew better than what they were telling me).
