He was 100 percent right to tell her to leash the dog. The sad thing is a white woman would be demonized for telling a black man to leash his dog.
We need to have a standard of right and wrong that do not account for race.

If a white woman told a black man to leash his dog and he acted like an idiot the story would have been about how she was racist for asking him to follow the rules. She would be a Karen and he would be a victim.
All people in the same circumstances should be treated the same. By the police, by the media, and by everyone else. You can't deny if the roles were reversed this story would be different.

Bet it wouldn't have went down like that had the races been reversed...I can just see some White dude telling a Black lady to put her dog on a leash...Visions of neck-rolling and finger-wagging along with utterances along the lines of "Oh hell naw...I know you didn't just tell me what to do with MY dog!"....She wouldn't need to call any cops...She'd be all over the guy...He'd be walking her dog when it was all over...
