At this moment, I don't know if they have any financial incentives to join one firm over the other. IIRC, some firms have/had an enrollment fee, some had a reduced rate after a number of years. You'll have to call or check the websites for info.
For me they have been good... the few times I had to get on the phone with them it was easy and they were more personable. I put value in that kind of stuff.
