Once again a fine example of why all the restrictions in Texas should be lifted. You can not be selective as to when you will enforce restrictions and when you will not. Not even a citation issued.

Are parks not open?

Parks are open but I believe that Playgrounds were still closed, so you can walk around and stuff just not use the actual equipment. I think the main reason is that no one is actual cleaning those so they prime target for corona sharing.

Its not about constitutional rights, getting in trouble, or even about covid, for me. The fact there is caution tape witch ALWAYS means dont cross because there is a danger there, and your ******* removes it to let your kids play in the danger zone is idiotic. What if it wasnt for covid but for other dangers like broken equipment or something that could hurt your kids. Common sense, NEVER REMOVE OR CROSS CAUTION TAPE that you did not install. She should get ticketed for child endangerment.

@LuGar : I agree, it's like when the city puts up a barrier and sign "road closed". The Constitution does not give you the right to remove the barrier and use the road. Has nothing to do with the Constitution, has to do with public safety.

Didn't they come back the next day and take the tape down again? That is blatant and needs a ticket!
