@ladybeachbum : Lol ….. Good Luck with the bath! We have had some dogs who had to be tied to the truck (or something similar outside) when they got baths …. could not get them in a bath tub - lol - feet & legs spread out everywhere to avoid such a fate!!! But then we had some that fared better in the bath tub and acted as though they were "insulted" if we attempted to give them a bath outside. Presently, our smooth haired chow mix prefers the bath tub. I place his front paws on the tub's edge and I push the rest of him in (big grin). I NEVER allow him to turn his booty toward the tub because, then, I have a difficult time getting him to go into the tub. (Yes, he is very strong). Again …. best of luck with that bath! Lol … somehow I picture you getting a bath along with your husky!

@LeverageShowFan : LOL, I do have experience! I've given him a bath tied to my truck however it has been way too long. The golden loved water and would jump in the pool in the dead of winter with me screaming "don't you jump in there!" He would push past me to get out the back door. The husky wants no part of the pool.
I'll need some prayers about 4 pm. I'm going to wait until my son gets home I think. He can control him physically but I think he might do better with just me. It's a challenge and I am up for it!

@lynnsgirl : He's an all white Husky about 10 years old and still can jump over the couch to get to the other side.

Stop! I'm fighting So hard the urge to get a dog. My Golden died 6 years ago and I miss her terribly. But I have to admit traveling without boarding, no hair all over everything, and no vet and supplies expenses has been good. On the other hand, my heart strings are tugged when I see a cute little puppy. Killing me over here!

@texanfan1 she's sleeping .. she's not sure what to think of her big sister and she doesn't like the Harley's when they ride by with loud pipes

@ginx : give her time, she'll adjust. My old mini hot dog never could understand why, just why, we had to adopt a weimaraner puppy! LOL! But they did play together.....until the puppy grew bigger than the mini. But they were fine!
