I agree, try getting her moving especially walking or bike riding. She sounds depressed which is easy to happen in these crazy times.

Oh wow!!! DH would rather just eat the rat poison himself than to mention weight or working out. However, the youngest did tell me "wow you ate big today" I just put my piece of pizza back 😂😂 while DH rushed in for the save to say he meant that he hasn't seen you eat much these last couple of days🤣🙄😂😂 sure buddy sure!

I am just betting that she is aware of her weight gain. You mentioning it and commenting on her food intake could be counter productive (and … lol … maybe just a bit scary for you). Remind yourself of all of her good points when thinking of all the cons. And don't forget to list all the pros and cons in regard to your own person because regardless of how perfect we think we are, we are NOT perfect … not a one of us. Good luck.
