Did anyone think that maybe the ND post is the person in the wrong? I don't know which to believe and this should be left to the police to determine who's guilty. I can go post about anyones sale saying it was my stuff.

I agree. As parents, if we die, who gets our stuff? I would think our children unless otherwise stated in some kind of will. I'm not understanding why they are homeless; choice or circumstance?However, I asked a very valid question on a different thread to clear this up. The discussion has since been locked. My question went unanswered.

@bassethound1 : Well, I hope you and your Uncle can clear all this up and come to some kind of agreement that is beneficial to you both. Since he's the executor you'll have to play by his rules, if his documentation is even valid. You should probably seek legal help in determining that.There's a volunteer lawyers program that should be able to help you out.
