i am glad that daniel was caught and i know justice will be served but there is more to this story. the back story to this is that it all started with his dad who had daniel's mother ambushed and killed. he is now on death row. my kids grew up playing with the fratta kids and his mom's parents adopted the kids. it is so sad for all parties concerned. daniel didnt start life as a bad kid and yes it was his choice to make decisions that he has. what i am getting at is that as parents it is our behavior that our kids learn how to become role models unfortunately many kids that come from violent homes go on to commit crimes. i feel so bad for both sides of this crime.i am not taking daniel's side but i hope that when others see how things that happen as a kid can have devastating effects on so many others.i can remember the night his mom was killed. they lived on the street behind me and the helicopter landed on timber forest to take her to medical center. i remember the fear here because this had not happened before and we all thought it was a robbery and the police had us stay in our houses. his dad's action left 3 kids under the age of 10 without a mom but they had loving grandparents who did their best to raise these kids in a loving religious home but the damage had already been done.i pray that both sides will be able to heal and over come their problems.

There is no excuse for what he has been charged with. In any other the cases. Time to pay the piper

Oh boy, and here we go. @Pretty18 : I'm not even sure which comment you're referring to; but, since YOU know everything, both of his bonds increased to 350k. Last time I checked, this is America, and in this country you're innocent until proven guilty. Unlike your vigilante lynch mob I'm a free thinker and waiting for all of the facts to be heard in a court of law. Not basing any opinions from a one-sided story because I've inquired about both sides. For the life of me, I still can't understand why this man openly shot another man in a restaurant filled with over 55 patrons, THEN, had his victim arrested nine months later for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13/14yr old girl. That's approximately three or four years after the alleged sexual assault took place. You'll have to excuse me, I'm just so hung up on the timeline of events surrounding this particular allegation.
