@SnoopSister : This was the reason he was on the "run". The most recent incident happened in June. The authorities attempted to serve Daniel a warrant sometime in July and when they were unsuccessful a mass hysteria ensued making him out to be some kind of monster on the loose in the free world. The only reason why it gained traction with the news is because of the association with Robert Fratta. Sometime after the story was on the news Crime Stoppers called out the fake wanted flier and made an official Wanted sign. Shortly thereafter Daniel turned himself in.
