@cbp210 Yep; that's always a positive. However, I think setting my mind and heart to positivism toward others is where it starts with me. Plus, my leg starts to hurt after a while if I march around too much.

I understand standing for ideals, in which it seems it is. That is great. I just see too many claim the rights of woman (or any group) to be the representative voice, when it clearly is not.... as any opposing ideals would be strongly put down.

I think for most of us it continues to a matter of keeping up pressure on our representatives - I've been calling! Let me tell you! but it also means if others think "safe places" are foolish - then we have to step up and be there for one another. I think it means we refuse to "normalize" ***** grabbing, lies, bigotry, and racism, we don't dismiss it or say boys will he boys. We keep the pressure on our leaders but also on one another. Just because our president may say hateful things don't think I won't flag you for it here! We're going to be decent even if the rest of country isn't. Both ways - I've got to put up with all y'all republicans and get along peacefully

I seem to recall a period in this country when discrimination was the law of the land in some places. People marched and protested and things changed.
