Depends on your body. I went through it for a couple of years but the only issues I had were some night sweats, a few hot flashes depending on what I ate (hot, spicy, red wine), and some weight gain.

Why the sad face @lynnsgirl? It's all good just part of Mother Nature.
And I left off the "other" stuff!😀

Menopause is, when the Weather man claims it is 38 outside and you still need the window cracked cruising down the HOV.
