Police chief just said the shooter was a local lawyer who was having trouble at his law firm, wow!*edited to add she also just said he lives in the neighborhood

weapons is car...also, a reporter asked about the shooters body armor....reporter said they heard German WW2 armor ? Weird...police chief will not confirm that info...also, very early conversation a eye witness woman stated she has seen the car around the area...Mayor (out of town) stated lawyer was having fight w/ attorney partner...

Local Fox just said they believe it is a lawyer named Nathan Desai.

@blueyes They think somebody (maybe law partner) lives in that neighborhood...He was using a laser scoop...man shot 2 times in face...victims knew they were being targeted b/c they could see the "red dot" (laser)

Local Fox just said that Desai lives on Law street. Why take a workplace dispute out on your neighbors? Terrible!

I called my nephew who lives in that area and he told me he is at work. He was already at work when the shooting happened.

Apparently, he also had a complaint about his condo roof a little while ago and came out w/ a gun...his dad was interviewed on the phone stating his son (the shooter) has a lot of guns and a LTC..

Former law partner is disputing the workplace problem being reported. Said they mutually agreed to dissolve their law practice back in February due to lack of business during the economic downturn. No other issues and parted on good terms.Interesting. I wonder what was really going on?

Yea I saw that too that was 7 months ago. I really wish the news wouldn't stay on speculating for hours. Why not wait until there is something factual?
