How reliable is this. I drove past several times today, as this is my neighborhood, and all the reports are different. Some say man, some say boy, some say shot and taken to hospital, some says he was found dead. In any case so sad that this happened.

Praying hard.

@ianecock the Mod of this site does not post rumors, but actual facts that he gets from local authorities.The news however will report anything they think they overhear and usually get details wrong every time.

Dear AMS Parents:
It is with much sadness that I must share some upsetting news. One of our students passed away at his home this morning. To let students know of the loss on our campus, teachers read a statement to students in class that let them know one of their peers was involved in a fatal accident. It gave no details, but encouraged students to be respectful of everyone’s feelings. Counselors are available for students and staff.
Grief is a deeply personal emotion. Please know that we have trained counselors to assist students as they deal with their grief. If you believe your child needs assistance, but may be reluctant to come forward, please let a teacher or counselor know. Campus counselors will be available to talk with students who are struggling with this news today and in the future. We will be glad to talk with him or her, and will be especially watchful for signs of distress in all of our students in the coming days.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call any of the counselors or administrators.

Absolutely heartbreaking for the family and students that knew him.

Many prayers going up for those this young man left behind, and that others continue to be respectful of their loss of this son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend as they mourn their loss. Such a terrible tragedy. Rest in peace, little one.

We need to be careful what we post too. Remember his family and friends could be checking this out, so let's be respectful. Praying for his family and the students of AMS.
