It would be bad enough to have them give us a report & take them off the street from patrolling when((( a person from the Board is over the constables ))) & should be getting that report from the Precinct 4 office & telling the homeowners that report .You say assumptions that determine if Precinct 4 officer is contract or not is just an assumption . So do tell are they volunteers ???? They must be working for free because you make the point people assume they are contract or not .Or the extra officer at an HOA meeting of being on duty of being a contract officer ..? So if they aren't on duty & they aren't a contract officer what are they ? Your neighbor dressed up pretending to be an officer ? Santa Claus ? LOL What are they ??? BTW, I agree with some of your points, but using sheeple doesn't really endear you to your reader.
