Interesting, I wonder what he would do if we stared back? If a group of women confronted him at once or stared at him back? Give him a taste of his own medicine.
Since he chooses to only leer at and get close to women and girls, no thanks. If he were merely a lonely man with a mental disability who only wants a friend, I would assume that he would leer equally at males and females of all ages. From reading the Kingwood.com thread, he specifically targets females. No bueno.

I'd take a pic of him first then say WHY ARE YOU STARING AT ME !!!!I believe I'd boldly walk up to him , cause I couldn't stand someone watching my every move .I get how you felt at 14 because I was about 30 & a guy in the book store in the mall next to me knelling down would not shut up . I didn't look at him because I was in a hurry to get a cook book picked out & didn't want to be nice & get stuck visiting with this stranger . I got so frustrated with his chatter I looked down where he was squatting & was looking straight at his penis out of his shorts pants leg .I looked down in my book & I swear I thought my heart quit beating . Took my book pd for it left went home in complete shock . WHY DIDN'T I JUST SCREAM ???? Today I assure you my response would be very different !Protect your kids & as best you can tell them what to do .
@bbk it's always easier to think of a good response in hindsight isn't it? I would like to think that if it happened to me I would bonk his nasty weiner with a big heavy copy of the joy of cooking! Teach him a lesson!
