Don't mean to be too graphic but they stated that the body was badly decomposed. Somehow maybe the poor fella got washed down the river during all of the flooding.
Very sad discovery. However, if he did have a wallet on him, that would speed up the identitification process and a family will get answers they have been waiting for. That is the upside of this discovery.
