Trump claimed vandals "poured fertilizer" into the pool to feed it. But his own administration refilled the pool with D.C. water treated with phosphate, which FEEDS algae. Plus duck droppings. No fertilizer-dumping vandals required.Yet Trump has deployed the National Guard, Park Police, and U.S. Marshals to surround the pool, arrested SIX people, and even threatened a Swedish journalist with jail for touching the water.Botched job. sooo....lemme get this straight---
Trump obsessed over the pool, deflecting every question that mattered (war/prices/etc), even drove his caravan over it, constantly bragging to media and bringing them to the renovation site, even though they weren't even asking to see it.
He did everything wrong, against the advice of the pool experts. THEN blames Libs when it fails??
THEN his followers believe his lame story about vandalism? (NO evidence of course)
These folks are just flat out head-broke at this point. There is no hope for them. I give. He could tell them the sky is purple and they would look up at the blue sky and see purple!

@ParksideRes : I think not. Trump has already stated that the lining was of the highest quality. In fact, he said, "If you had a knife, you can't even cut it. It's SO STRONG... SO POWERFUL." That's coming from POTUS. Poor craftsmanship? Material failures? Stop listening to the fake news and start listening to your president!Obviously, Trump meant the stuff about it being uncuttable with a knife figuratively, not literally.

@BuckWild : So the interior department is just out to get him? LolThe only cuts were in foam packed into seams and were unsealed (missed). They have not stated the actual product has been cut. Only Trump is saying that.Now they're out hunting for anyone touching the water to try and bring legitimacy long enough for his followers to forget.Reminds me of the "Four Seasons (lawn care)" press conference. We're still waiting on those promises.
