Fear of the "unknown"....Islam is a "peaceful" religion....But just like Christianity has it's "fanatics" and "extremists", so do other religions....Sadly, that's all the "western media" shows the public is the Islamic "extremists", so they think all Muslims are like that....Just like the "western media" always shows Russia and China in a "negative light" because they are "different".....Personally, I like "different", it adds "spice" to life IMO.....Too many folks here in the USA want all countries to be just like the US, and if not they consider them "the enemy"....
