A lot of restaurants around here don't use goat. The places I go to use lamb and chuck roast. They're delicious. It comes with a broth to dunk the tacos in.

Has anyone tried "The Food Zone" in New Caney? Looks like a similar concept as Porky's but more outdoor and a giant screen for sports. Planning to go check it out eventually
