@tinytim : I take this same Vitamin D with K2. I was diagnosed with D deficiency. Physical in June and D will be checked again.

@tinytim : I like that brand I take their tri-chromium, and green tea extract ( because drinking green tea turns my stomach ).Right now I use this and two 2 pills for 4,000 I.U. a day.

@tinytim @hutch5801 : my multivitamin has K in there but I am not sure if it is k1 or k2.
That is probably the next thing I am looking at.
Vitamin D also gets more calcium ( one of the many things it does ) into your blood and k2 makes sure your body uses it right.

I must be getting to that age. My last annual physical blood work up had a vitamin D line item. Never had that before. I was in normal range. I'm outside a lot though.

And if you look at minorities being disproportionately effected with more severe cases that goes right down the vitamin D deficiency worm hole also. People with darker skin block more UV light because living closer to the equator there is WAY more UV, so you place more of those people in places with less UV light they get even less vitamin D.

I take Vitamin D. My doctor said most women need it. I'm also a sunscreen freak, even though I am outside a lot.
