Michael Diaz Arrested in Atascocita for Third DWI and Gun Possession

CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR HIS THIRD DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED OFFENSE AND FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM!
On February 1, 2025, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop in the 18000 block of Eagle Springs Parkway. The driver was identified as Michael Diaz, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated. During an inventory search of his vehicle, deputies also discovered that he was in possession of a firearm. Further investigation revealed he had two previous DWI convictions on his record.
