Luby's Square Fish UPDATE Page 3

Did y'all know about this? Exclusively at HEB. I'm not a fan of frozen fried fish, but I got 2 boxes anyway. Childhood favorite! ðŸ˜ƒ

Think of the easy dinner this would be with some homemade tartar sauce and a couple of sides! I'll report back when we have it.

Reminds me of fish sticks. They were a staple in my house back when I was a little minnow.....

@Smokeybear : Luby's square fish (that's what Texans call it) was anything but fish sticks! Maybe these will be, though. ðŸ¤£ They look exactly the same as the original.

They also have Luby's mac and cheese (both regular and jalapeno), and broccoli rice casserole. I draw the line with those! People are raving about the mac and cheese, tho.

@brightlights : Don't get me wrong, I love fish sticks, and will look for your square fish , just never heard of it before. Would make some great fish sandwiches for lunch....

Oooh... never thought about a fish sammie with these. Hope they're not garbage! Luby's says the frozen ones are still hook-caught cod.

I'm so glad I don't have a refined palate...I love me some fish sticks, McDonald's, cheap wine, etc. I'll eat/drink just about anything
