DOJ Sues to Stop Alaska Certification if Republican loses

The election interference by 47 and his "Justice Department" has begun in earnest. The DOJ has sued to stop the certification of the senate race in Alaska if the Democrat wins. Claiming voters there might be confused, or too stupid, to tell the difference between two candidates named Sullivan on the ballot.

Unfortunately, this is just the beginning. They'll be other attempts to not certify results of elections that Republicans lose for one reason or another. This is the era in which we're living with a would be authoritarian and his supporters. Accordingly, I'm sure there are those that will applaud these moves. But for the majority, I'd say such tactics to take away the voice of the people will bring instant outrage and protest.

Stay tuned...

So either they are alleging the voters are dumb or straight up interference.

The ballot is completely clear. The incumbent is literally labeled as a republican incumbent.
The other Sullivan has no party affiliation or incumbency listed.
Only idiots would confuse.

It literally helps them. If they rank both sullivans one and two, that takes the possibility away from the Democrat receiving the vote even through the rank choice.

It's just straight up interference
