I don't pay them now anyway so it won't to me any good. The last I heard they would rise sales taxes to make yo the difference . I think the number they used was about 12 /15 %

Right before an election, they are throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what will stick.
Claiming how pricey everything is? They're the reason!
Claiming Dems will s*xchange your kids?? So absurd&desperate and shows they have nothing to offer FOR the people.
Lower taxes?? They've been in charge in Texas for decades and haven't done a damn-thing to lower costs for any working people.

I think once you're well past the age of having children in school you should no longer have to pay. They should pass on some of that cost to the families pumping out kids in droves for added govt. assistance....

When you turn 65 your school taxes are frozen at that point. If that was long enough ago the new exemptions given last year by the legislature zeroed out your school taxes. Happened to me also.
