Cyclosporiasis cases at 54 in Harris County; 10 additional cases

Taco Bell chose to remove any questionable lettuce from Taylor Farms just to be on the safe side. But other businesses did not -- choosing profit over being responsible. So, Taco Bell took a hit, they lost business and workers now have their hours cut. Plus they are no longer open all night. I feel safe eating there and want to support their business since their CEO did right!
Plenty of sick people never ate at Taco Bell so there are multiple sources and they can't seem to figure it out.
As to why cases keep growing --- remember that Big Beautiful Bill?? Turns out, monitoring our food is pretty important and worthy of our tax dollars. (much better use than bombing school children in Iran)

Anyone been sick?? It's not just lettuce with cyclospora (caused at least 2 deaths). Now we also have salmonella affecting 27 states, possibly linked to jalapenos/cilantro/meat/red onion/ poultry/avocado/eggs in Tx.
