I heard it's about elections again. He's so worried about losing congressional races in November that he will do anything he can to suppress the democratic votes. If he loses it will be because democrats "cheated".

@CarolS : Ahh, he needs some distractions from the Iran failures again. Got it.I hope it's actually about the Iranian conflict itself. That's much more important than something 6 years in the past that's been debunked many times.

I heard that too. He gets obsessed with these notions and he can't stop talking about it. He has no one around him to stop him, like he did during his first term.
Most addresses to the nation are only for emergencies. But guess he just gets to ramble on about random things.

At this point the networks, other than Fox of course, should provide coverage of his speeches on their internet feeds. As opposed to interrupting television programming. Because he has nothing useful to say.

Mostly just info that was already publicly known. Guess he just likes to hear himself talk. Also, he wants to set the stage to undermine the midterms.
He knows how to get inside the heads of people and manipulate them. As we witnessed on Jan. 6.
