I think the other media outlets agree with Trump walking out based on the rude and disrespectful behavior of the interviewer. That's why it's not being covered by the other media outlets.

It doesn't matter what childish, immoral, incompetent, illegal behavior coming from the president, his base will always find a way to defend it. They will twist their friggin' mind into knots to get there!
It's almost entertaining to witness if it wasn't so sad and dangerous.

From what I've been seeing, media outlets have covered this event extensively. Secondly, I didn't observe rude or disrespectful behavior on the part of Kristen Welker. She just challenged him on making statements that have proven not to be true. In response he lashed out and called her crooked and stupid. Now THAT was disrespectful.

I think the Trump just gets tired of the shady media digging up past events when he wants to talk about what's going on now and perhaps the future....I can see how he would just up and say "screw this, I've better things to do".....I don't recall the press constantly asking Bill Clinton "so tell us again about that time you didn't inhale Mr. President" after he was in office, especially during his second term....

Walking out when you don't have an answer is what's rude.

He has an opinion about the voting process in California that a lot of people agree with. No reason to support such an inefficient process. The media just wants to bully him and don't want to hear his side. He is right about the media destroying the country. You can agree with him or not but his is right about the one-sidedness of the modern media. We need politicians who call it like they see it whether you agree with them or not.

California allows mail-in ballots up to voting day, which is why it takes longer to get an efficient count. If Californians don't like this, they can change it. That is how a democracy works.
Another pillar of democracy is a free press == seeking truth and holding government accountable. That is why Trump hates press and wants his followers to distrust media......or any media not controlled by him.
The #1 step of autocracy is to create distrust of mainstream media, and Trump has excelled in convincing his undereducated base to believe he is the only source of truth....., as NKorea and Russia has done. That is why Trump admires them both!
Trump went thru at least 60 court cases to find voter fraud and NONE was found....zero evidence.
You can choose to believe him over the facts if you want.........but he is lying to you all and doesn't care about you or your life, no matter how loyal you will be.

HE is the one constantly bringing up past events! For example, he can't let the 2020 election go! Even though he's currently sitting in the chair. He is still having his cronies investigate an election that's long been over, and one where no evidence of massive fraud has ever been found.That said, it appears to me that you, like so many others, are excusing this abhorrent behavior by a sitting president. A behavior that not too many years ago in our history would not have been tolerated. I really don't know what event or set of circumstances changed in our body politic to where we came to admire a leader that consistently calls out the worst angels of our nature. The world wants to know. What the hell happened to us?
