ParksideRes : So you think the IRS did nothing wrong under Biden. Got It. #msg2182713
They work hard at mental acrobats to justify the fraud. The dropping of the IRS lawsuit and the slush fund are not legally related.
MrsT reacted lol, they were leaked under his own watch. #msg2182715
" According to DOJ and court documents, Charles Littlejohn accessed and stole Trump's tax information between roughly May 2019 and September 2020.
* DOJ documents say Littlejohn gave Trump tax information to The New York Times between August and October 2019.
* The New York Times published major stories on Trump's taxes in September 2020, shortly before the 2020 election.

The fund would be set up for those who claimed they were unfairly punished by the Biden administration-including Jan. 6 rioters. So not all Jan. 6 people but all the others #msg2182712
Atascocita888 : And again, all under his own watch and his hand picked bosses. It's a failure of his own administration. Do you not know who was president in 2019 and 2020? You're highly confused here. #msg2182811
Paying January 6th criminals is WRONG. #msg2182814
There were others that were not J6ers that were wrongly treated. I believe the 70 year old in Colorado that they just released was sentenced a ridiculously long term. Then there was a the pastor that Swat came in and in front of his wife and 6 kids arrested him. Later he would be released. Then of the J6ers there was Joseph Fischer - his obstruction charge became central to a major Supreme Court case that narrowed how the government could use the federal obstruction statute against Jan. 6 defendants. Some convictions were later reconsidered because of that ruling.
* Peter Schwartz - a federal appeals court ruled the FBI violated his Fifth Amendment rights by compelling him to unlock his cellphone. The court ordered review of whether some convictions should be vacated because of that constitutional violation.
* Larry Brock - a former Air Force officer whose sentence later became part of a broader appeals ruling questioning sentence enhancements used in some Jan. 6 cases.
* Some Proud Boys and Oath Keepers leaders, including Stewart Rhodes and Enrique Tarrio, had their seditious conspiracy convictions targeted for dismissal by the Trump Justice Department in 2026. Supporters say that proves overreach; critics say it was political interference rather than proof the original trials were unfair.
Whatever, the case some people were most likely dealt more unfairly because Biden was now in charge and they were all going to be made an example of. So I am sure there are people who deserve money.
