I have a handicap and use a cane everywhere I go and this is a common occurrence, and when you speak to the person or persons about it most of them tell you to mind your own business, or they curse you out to try and intimidate you. I had many encounters in the Atascocita, Humble area, up here in Tulsa and the surrounding areas they have a task force that patrols the parking lots in unmarked cars, and they issue a lot of tickets and tow some of them for unpaid tickets and take some of them to jail. Harris county could us something like that and generate enough revenue to hire more officers to try and get crime under control which is probably never going to happen. And by the way the lady that was complaining about it should have called the police and just sit there and waited for them to get there and they could have handled it.
I wouldn't have hit the car but when you park like that you have to expect that a something might happen. Especially if the person you blocked did not wrongfully take a handicapped spot…couldn't tell if she did or not.
