Wow, of all time lends itself to a very wide spectrum. And I have so many names I could choose from.

However, if I'm relegated to only picking one, I'd say Cher.

I'm kinda with you on Swift. However, I suppose one could argue she's more of an entertainer than singer. That said, she has legions of fans. So, to each their own.
