"Swung by the new HEB on Madera run, by The Groves. Did you know they do not have a customer service , if you have a return you go directly to the register and they will handle it for you. When I walked in I looked for customer service and they said they didn't have one, when I inquired they said we don't have one because it does not make HEB any money, which means none of the current customer service offerings were making them money and they would not have customer service desks in new locations . Found it..."
