eighteen : There are landlords in Kingwood. They do take section 8.
I don't know if you all remember but I had section 8 next door to me for 3 years. I live in Pinehurst. I understand that the investor had 22 houses here in Atascocita and kingwood. The investor finally sold the home about 5 years ago because it was such a mess. Now life is back to normal.
AMCLady : Did you report the address to the Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General? Section 8 is required to maintain the home and not be in violation of standards or HOA. That can make them and the landlord lose ability for Section 8.

eighteen : Attend an HOA meeting and hear the constables report and compare it to the crimes of 20 years ago (the crime documents published). The increase is obvious.
ParksideRes : No. You're the first who told me who to call. That's all water under the bridge now but I'll know next time. There has been so much crazy stuff happening on my street and when I report it nobody seems to care. I'm just glad that the house next to me has been fixed up and sold and there are no more problems over there.
