@Wanderer : She eats a lot of steak (red meat). It's great that she's cooking this with chicken ... it's better for her.

Not true according to the carnivore crowd. Although white meat is great it still does not hold the stronger value as red meat. But then again red meat was designed for people looking to muscle up while white meat is to trim down.

@Wanderer : Chicken is lower in calories, total fat, and saturated fat, so it is generally considered healthier. I was a huge red meat eater, but am feeling much better now that I eat mostly chicken and fish. My doctor agrees.

What they all have in common is they are protein based. I just prefer chicken to be cooked as more fajita or baked and fish I eat lots of wild fish like redfish and sheepheads but some time will add Blacktip Shark fillet.

I just like meat.
